Discount Home Stores and Sana are Gulf-based department stores. They started in Bahrain in the 80s as clothing stores and have expanded to sell a range of good-value family clothing, shoes, home appliances, home furnishings and luggage. They have excellent specials that change regularly and you can sometimes find designer label clothing in the racks, mixed in with all the other clothing, at budget prices. Most of the women?s clothing is in small sizes and Asian styles, but there are some excellent bargains to be had in men?s and children?s clothing and shoes. The Discount Home Stores are in Adliya (1771 6370), Sanad (1762 2156) and Riffa (1777 9818). Sana and Discount Home Stores both sell the same range of stock.
