Everything about this hotel is good. A quick check in, friendly staff, very clean. There is only one downside and that is the hotel is in desperate need of a make over. It is very updated and i last suspect that any decorating work was last carried out in the 90's.

Old style televisions and furniture that is very outdated are not what people expect to see in a five star hotel.

They also don't understand the concept of a no smoking room. I had requested one and immediately upon entering the room, I smelt smoke and saw an ashtray. when complaining i was told that the previous customer smoked but as I was not smoking, it was therefore a no smoking room. !!!

A good stay but not worthy of calling itself 5 class.
