This tree needs to get more attention and also needs to be secured from vandlists as it's one of Bahrain's many mysteries.

We had a few problems trying to find the tree of life as the route is not very well sign posted. once we got there it was about sunset time and the view was amazing. Quite disappointed to see vandalism had been at work around the tree. Once you see the vandalism then you have to try and remember the view from far away in order not to be put off.

If you are setting out on your own to find the tree of life then be prepared for a lack of signs and routes to show you how to get there.

It is a tree in the middle of the desert with no source of water so how it survives is beyond me. Whilst it is lovely to look at, the experience of trying to get there was more overwhelming then seeing the actual tree itself.

I was highly disappointed to see graffiti and vandalism on the tree and surroundings areas. What a shame that some do not appreciate earths natural wonders.

Make sure to check out the opening times before you leave as well. if arriving at other times then one of the guards may try to shot you!
