I think Batelco service has improved after the competition. I tried Zain and Viva but would stil favor Batelco as it has a very broad range of services and has branches almost everywhere. Their online account management is also mature unlike other companies. I am a happy subscriber of their BD.34 package, my budget is set at this figure and the package satisfies all my mobile and data needs, I dont think I would consider any alternative anytime soon.

Pros : huge service portfolio to cater for everyone, Stable and well established
Lots of promotions every now and then

Cons : Service coverage is an issue, at least for me !
Contact center takes more than 5 mins to answer !!!
