Situated just off the ‘food court’ in Seef mall and with an uninspiring exterior you could easily walk past this great little restaurant and not give it a second thought.

The honest truth – the food that this place serves is gorgeous! It’s a buffet affair so don’t expect extravagant dishes and think more along the line of well cooked every day food.

What you can expect is freshly cooked grills (choices [the night I went] were chicken, fish, lamb). The usual Salads including Humus, Baba Ghanoush, Tabouleh and garden were also all on offer.

On top of all that there were a variety of rice dishes, vegetarian curries dishes and a few other dishes that would leave even the pickiest of customers struggling to find something to complain about.

The naan breads are cooked individually and brought to your table steaming hot! (great touch).

Will I be going again – Without doubt!
Would I suggest this restaurant to others – Yes!

Positives – Freshly cooked everyday food in a non pretentious setting and at BD4 per person (no service charge to date)

Negatives – Simply too many great dishes to eat in one visit!

Barbecue Delights originated in Pakistan and made it's way from Dubai to Bahrain. With an excellent buffet and scrumptious a-la-carte menu, it's no wonder the success of this restaurant is now 3 countries wide. They are now in the process of setting up a restaurant in the famous Burj Khalifa in Dubai.
The eatery in seef has a cosy, relaxed atmosphere with great service and attractive prices. The cuisine is Pakistani/Afghani and boasts a varied selection of fresh grills, rice dishes, salads and dessert. A definite must-try!
